Harvest Festival
Celebrate fall with live music, arts and crafts, inflatables, face painting, caricature artists, food trucks, and dessert vendors! Free shuttle and additional parking at Point Vicente Interpretive Center, 31501 Palos Verdes Drive West.

History of RPV Art Contest
RPV residents and K-12 students on the Peninsula are invited to submit artwork to commemorate the City's 50th Anniversary Celebration! First prize winners will have their artwork displayed on the cover of the City's seasonal Recreation and Activity Guide. Second and third place winners will receive a 50th Anniversary tote bag with souvenirs inside.

The 50th Anniversary Celebration hike and reception event at Del Cerro Park on March 18 has been postponed, as the Preserve may remain closed following rainfall for public safety and to prevent further trail erosion damage. A rescheduled date is to be announced. Please check back for updates.

Whale of a Day celebrates the migration of the Pacific gray whale from the frigid waters of the Arctic seas to the warm lagoons of Baja California.

The Fourth City Tree Grove was planted in 1977 at the then-Rancho Palos Verdes Park (now known as Ryan Park) honoring Gordon Curtis, Dorothy LeConte, and Fred Hesse Jr. for their contributions to the City’s incorporation. Join us for a picnic!
